2. WhatsApp API Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your usage aligns with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. Violation of WhatsApp’s terms may lead to termination of access.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. QwikTalks is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
4. Payments
All paid plans must be prepaid. Refunds are not provided once services are activated unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
QwikTalks is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including WhatsApp account issues or message delivery failures.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to QwikTalks if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.
